Dark Nights at the Villa
Dark Nights is a new outdoor arts event at Brading which comprises of spectacular illuminated street parade and a community enactment of a fairy tale pageant, devised and performed by local school children, their friends and families.
Expect to see giant puppets, fabulous costumes, dancers and plenty of drama. This will be an unforgettable experience inspired by the Roman mosaics of the villa with stories of Medusa, Bacchus, Orpheus and the unique cockerel headed man.
Parade starts at Brading School at 6pm heading towards Brading Roman Villa
Pageant starts 6.45pm in the villa grounds.
Cafe is open and food/drinks available to buy.
Parking at the villa is free but you must arrive before 6.30pm when the gates will be closed for one hour to allow for the safety of those walking in the pageant.
