Forum Café

Once you’ve seen our Roman mosaics, ancient ruins and enjoyed the beautiful countryside, head to the café where you’ll be tempted by homemade cakes, speciality teas and coffee, locally produced cider and ales and a range of freshly filled baguettes and sandwiches. A daily specials board of hearty favourites and children’s options including a Wicked Roman lunch bag are also available.

The café can be hired for private functions and is popular for wedding and birthday celebrations. The relaxed style and atmosphere in the Forum Café provides the ideal setting to take it easy and enjoy local food and friendly, efficient service. All profits from the café contribute towards the continued conservation and care of the site and museum.

Open 7 days, 10am -4pm, last hot food orders at 3pm

Serving breakfasts, lunches, afternoon teas/cakes and Sunday lunches. Sunday lunch bookings are advised. Please note that on occasion the cafe maybe closed for private events. Please check website for closures.
